Red Light Panels
Dermfix red light therapy panels deliver clinically-relevant red and near-infrared wavelengths for home and professional use, with a model to suit every space and budget — from the compact RLF750 to the professional full-body RLF6000. Every panel is CE-tested, backed by a 3-year warranty and shipped fast from EU stock.
How to choose a red light panel
The right panel depends on how much of your body you want to treat and where you'll use it. Compact panels (RLF300, RLF750) are ideal for targeted treatment of the face, joints or specific areas. Half-body panels (RLF1500) suit larger areas, while full-body panels (RLF3000, RLF6000) let you treat your whole body in a single session. Weigh three things: coverage, irradiance (power density at your treatment distance) and the range of wavelengths on offer.

Why Dermfix panels
Our panels use up to 7 wavelengths (480–1060nm) of dual-chip LEDs for flexible red and near-infrared therapy, with touchscreen control, pulsing modes and built-in timers. With 20 years' expertise in light therapy and CE-tested devices shipped from within the EU, you get reliable performance, local support and no customs surprises.

Red Light Mats
Red light therapy mats let you treat your whole body hands-free — simply lie down and relax while red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) LEDs work across your body. Dermfix offers two sizes: the Red Light Mat Single for personal, targeted use and the Red Light Mat Double for wider full-body coverage.
Mat or panel — which is right for you?
A mat is the most relaxed way to get full-body red light: it's flexible, follows the body's contours and needs no stand. Panels deliver higher irradiance and are better for standing treatments or targeting the face, while mats are ideal if you'd rather lie down and treat your back, joints and muscles hands-free. Many customers use both.
Every Dermfix mat is CE-tested, backed by a 3-year warranty and shipped from EU stock.

Red Light for Face
Red light therapy for the face targets skin vitality and tone using gentle, contact-free light. The Dermfix Halo LED panel combines red, blue and near-infrared wavelengths (415, 590, 630 and 850nm) across 240 LEDs, with three brightness levels for comfortable daily use.
What can facial red light help with?
Red and near-infrared wavelengths are used to support skin appearance and recovery, while blue light is commonly used for blemish-prone skin. The Halo is contact-free — nothing needs to be pressed against your skin — and its adjustable brightness lets you build up sessions gradually. CE-tested, 3-year warranty, shipped from EU stock.

UVB Narrowband Lamps
Narrowband UVB 311nm lamps deliver targeted phototherapy for psoriasis, vitiligo and eczema in the comfort of your home. Dermfix designs and supplies its own CE medical-certified handheld UVB devices — the Dermfix 1000MX for focused treatment and the Dermfix 2000SX for a larger treatment area.
Trusted for home phototherapy
Narrowband UVB at 311nm is the wavelength dermatologists use for psoriasis and vitiligo. The Dermfix 1000MX was the handheld device used in the UK HI-Light Vitiligo clinical trial, and our lamps are CE-marked medical devices — not general-purpose UV lamps. With 20 years' expertise, genuine replacement bulbs, protective eyewear and full support, Dermfix is a specialist you can rely on.
Using your lamp safely
Always follow a dermatologist's dosing schedule, wear the supplied UV protection, and increase exposure gradually. Every lamp ships from EU stock with a clear treatment guide.
